This filling can be used in your choice of breads, wraps, and tortillas. If using a tortilla, wrap like a burrito, making sure to tuck the ends in as you go. This will make the wrap tight and keep the ingredients from falling out.
9 ounces Turkey breast, cooked
3 ounces Lite shredded Mozzerella cheese
1 1/2 cups Raw carrots, shredded
9 ounces Romaine lettuce, chopped
3 ounces Baby spinach leaves, raw
6 ounces Light Ranch dressing
Combine turkey, and all other indredients in large bowl. Then gradually add ranch dressing and mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
Serve in wraps or sandwiches.
