You will need:
3/4 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 shallots, peeled
5 cloves garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
16 cherry tomatoes
16 cremini or button mushrooms
1 large onion, cut into 12 chunks
1 medium orange bell pepper, cut into 12 chunks
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 12 chunks
Broccoli or cabbage slaw
Ramen noodles, crushed
Combine wine and next eight ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Place all vegetables in a single layer in a shallow glass baking dish. Pour marinade over vegetables and allow to marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Divide slaw into serving bowls and set aside. Thread vegetables alternately on short skewers, leaving 2 inches on one end bare. Grill 6
inches from heat source for 10 minutes, basting frequently with leftover marinade. Sprinkle
crushed Ramen noodles over slaw. Serve immediately by sticking bare ends of vegetable
skewers into slaw.
